The Cytron MD13S-SH 13A DC Motor Driver is a high-performance brushed motor controller designed for robotics, automation, and DIY engineering projects. Cytron’s trusted design supports 6V–30V brushed DC motors, providing smooth speed control, reliable bi-directional movement, and enhanced safety features.
This version comes with Cytron’s presoldered terminal blocks, allowing quick and secure wiring making it an excellent choice for students, hobbyists, and engineers working with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or micro:bit.
Built with Cytron’s improved current protection design, the MD13S supports 13A continuous and 30A peak current (10 seconds), offering far better handling than older models like the MD10C. Its fully NMOS H-bridge makes the driver energy-efficient, cool-running, and durable without needing a heatsink.
The compact size, Grove compatibility, and microcontroller-friendly logic levels make the Cytron MD13S ideal for Sumo robots, mobile robots, conveyor systems, and high-torque motor applications.
