This is a 3 Pin JXT XH Female Connector. This is a wire-to-board connector. It is tiny with a mounting height of 9.8 mm. It is a crimp-style connector, a disconnectable type, and a top-entry version.

The wires need to be crimped to the terminal, which in turn can be fitted into this female connector, which will be connected to the male connector soldered on any board. It has a good locking mechanism and requires force to remove the female connector from the male connector on board. Thereby removing the problem of unwanted disconnection.
